November 6, 1999 -- This years meeting was held at the Country Buffet Restaurant on the morning of November 6, 1999. A brunch preceeded the program. Joe Kelly spoke about lesser known facts regarding Missouri's participation in the Civil War. He was very interesting and his knowledge of the subject was unquestionable.
